How much space is needed?

teepees:

Our mattress size is 160cm long and 70cm wide. The teepee frame sits snuggly around the width. x the amount you want to hire.

5m bell tent:

7m x 7m flat space required

Air tent:

4 x 3 m flat space, please allow addition space for rope and pegs.

Are the lights and lanterns safe?

Yes, the fairy lights and lanterns are battery operated and heat proof for children to operate.

How is the bedding cleaned?

All bedding including blankets are washed after each use, accessories are wiped and spot cleaning to be done on Teepee fabric as needed.

What age do you recommend for sleepovers?

5-14 years as a rough guide

How does delivery time and collection and set up work?

We will work with you to work out a delivery and set up time so that your party is ready well and truly in time for your guests arrival.  Times may vary due to different party start times and if we have other bookings on that day. Allow one hour for us to set up for you.

Same deal for collection, will depend on other bookings and we can work it out together.

times for delivery are usually between 3-6pm

collection next day between 10-1pm

What is your cancellation policy?

No cancellations within 7 days of your booking. Changes to dates and teepee numbers are permitted outside of this time subject to availablity.

Can the teepees be used outside?

No, indoor use only.
