Tots&Teens- User agreement Terms and Conditions

Agreement - The Hirer, by placing an order via the booking form agrees that they accept the conditions of the hiring agreement. 

​

Hiring charges - unless prior arranged, hire charges are for approx 17 - 24 hour period. If the equipment is unavailable for pick up or return, the business reserves the right to charge the Hirer for extra time.

Delivery times are between 3.00-6pm

Pick up the next day is between 10-1pm

Once you submit the booking form, we will email you an invoice. A non refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure you booking,  The deposit will be part of the cost of the party. Full payment  is required 1 week prior to party date.  The Business reserves the right to withhold delivery if full payment has not been received, and your deposit will be non-refundable.

​Bond - a $50 bond will be paid by the hirer on the day of set up of teepees,

$250 bond will be paid by the hirer on the day of set up of bell tent or Air tent, Hirer will receive the full bond amount back on collection, as long as all the equipment is in the condition it was hired,  and no damages, lost items or soiled / stained products has been caused.

Cleaning - A cleaning charge will be applied per piece of equipment if found excessively dirty. Bedding does not need to be washed, but if it is returned stained and excessively dirty a cleaning fee will apply. All hire equipment, linen and bed sheets need to be returned dry, bond will be used to cover the cost to replace the items full value, if the amount exceeds the bond amount, Hirer will be invoiced the access amount, that will need to be paid within 72hrs.

The Hirer must ensure that there is adequate space  and a clean area to set up prior to our arrival.

Teepee size requiments - Our mattress size is 160cm long and 70cm wide. The teepee frame sits snuggly around the width, x per amount of teepees you wpuld like to hire.

5m belltent- 5m bell tents require a minimum of 7m x 7m of flat area.

Air tent- 400x300cm please allow  extra room for rope /pegs to hold it down.

Use of equipment: The Hirer is responsible for checking the equipment upon delivery and should contact the business on 0435554324 immediately  if any damage is discovered. Advice after the function will not be considered and the Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage to the equipment.

A non smoking environment must be provided at all times during the rental. If we arrive to find the house smelling like cigarette smoke, the party will be cancelled without refund. 

Please keep your pets away from the teepees and off the mattresses.

Please keep all pets out of tents.
